At Knock Castle our chefs pride themselves on freshly-cooked local produce. Here we have listed some sample wedding menus but as we believe in complete flexibility for our wedding parties, our Head Chef shall be delighted to tailor a menu to your specific requirements.
To complement your menu choose from the vast selection of wines available in our cellar.
We also offer canapés on arrival at the hotel and a selection of buffet food for your evening guests to enjoy.
